Deliveries:

Deliveries are made on weekdays, during working hours.  Deliveries need to be signed for so if you think that you will not be at home please use the delivery instructions box provided when ordering to tell us a safe place to leave your order. We regret that orders are left at your own risk. We can normally specify a day for delivery, but unfortunately not a time.

If your order is a gift you can arrange delivery to an alternative address and include any message for the recipient in the 'comments' box or drop us an email quoting your order number.

We are able to deliver to most parts of mainland Britain at the stated costs. If your delivery charge is different to the stated costs, we will contact you, before processing payment. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Southern Ireland or the Channel Islands. We are not able to deliver outside of the UK.

Substitutes are not sent unless otherwise requested.

Costs of delivery and packing:

There is no minimum order value.  Special delivery rates to England and Wales for delivery and packing is £5.99 (including VAT) for orders up to the value of £50.00.  For orders over £50.00 delivery is charged at 10% of the value of the order.  Deliveries to Scottish Lowlands is £7.99 for orders up to £50, orders over this value are charged at 12% of order costs. For orders to Scottish Highlands a surcharge of £7 is incurred. We will contact all customers in these areas before processing payment.

Orders are packed in open topped boxes, so that the contents are visible and therefore helps to ensure careful handling.  We like to care for the environment and recycle packing boxes where possible.

Payment:

This is a secure web site that offers 2 forms of payment options. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card. You will be asked to supply details about your card, which are encrypted and held securely to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure. We accept most major credit and debit cards.  Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as a payment to 'R.Triggs'. Alternatively, you can print and complete an order form and pay by cheque.
