Olea europea

The recent popularity of olive trees comes as no surprise.  They make a beautiful and elegant addition to your garden or conservatory, creating a Mediterranean feel.

Miniature Orange Trees

Calamondins are great citrus trees.  They are very ornamental and produce little, round fruits most of the year.  They are also one of the easiest of citrus trees to grow, so are great for those who have not grown citrus before. 

 

Strelitizia reginae (AGM)

Bird of Paradise.  Belonging to the banana (Musaceae) family these evergreen perennials produce stunning flowers that look like the head of an exotic bird.  A small plant in a 1 litre pot £11.99 and a more established clump in a  3 litre pot £29.99.  Strelitizia are tender to all but the lightest frost so are best kept inside.  

 

 Kaffir Limes

This unusual lime tree has zingy scented laves with a zesty lime flavour, that are used in Thai cooking. It has unusual 'double' leaves and produces white flowers,  which are followed of course by the limes themselves.
