Beschorneria yuccoides 'Quick Silver'
A great architectural plant, with an exotic appearance. 3 litre pot.
A great architectural plant, with an exotic appearance. It is a spectacular succulent from Mexico. It looks similar to a yucca and can be known as the Mexican Lily. It's easy to grow in sunny, sheltered site in well-drained soil. While it does well here in the mild climate of Cornwall, it may need protection during cold spells in other parts. Alternatively it can be grown in a pot and brought inside for the winter. It reaches flowering age in 2-4years. Flowers appear in April/May. Flowers are long, up to 3 meters and green to red in colour.
