Known as the Peruvian daffodil, the Ismene is a valuable addition to your summer garden, as it will produce some elegant pure white flowers with curved petals. It is a low maintenance perennial that is also slightly fragrant. Each stem will usually produce 2-5 flowers.
Grow in a sheltered spot in free draining soil. . In late autumn, you can lift bulbs and dry them off, then store over the winter in a cold area for next year.
