    Buddha's Hand. An unusual citrus tree with curious fruits that has 'fingers'. The fruits are yellow and hand shaped. The fruit is used in China and Japan for perfuming rooms and is a symbol of wealth and happiness. The fruit is almost all peel and pith and is excellent for a very fragrant zest.
